The Problem

Bank legal teams need to track thousands of litigation cases across branches, lawyers, courts, borrowers, and regulatory bodies while preserving strict role-based access, maker-checker approvals, and full audit traceability.

The Solution

Built a compliance-heavy case-management platform with a React 19 operational frontend, .NET 9/ASP.NET Core API, Clean Architecture, CQRS/MediatR flows, SQL Server persistence, Hangfire jobs, Redis-backed scaling support, and dynamic reporting.

  • Enabled branch-level litigation tracking across 124 branches.
  • Designed alert, dashboard, and notification workflows for 5,000 alerts per day.
  • Implemented regulated banking patterns including maker-checker approvals, branch-scoped permissions, activity logs, and SIEM-ready audit exports.
