The Problem

Bank legal teams need to track thousands of litigation cases across branches, lawyers, courts, borrowers, and regulatory bodies while preserving strict role-based access, maker-checker approvals, and full audit traceability.

The Solution

Built a compliance-heavy case-management platform with a React 19 operational frontend, .NET 9/ASP.NET Core API, Clean Architecture, CQRS/MediatR flows, SQL Server persistence, Hangfire jobs, Redis-backed scaling support, and dynamic reporting.

Highlights

  • Enabled branch-level litigation tracking across 124 branches.
  • Designed alert, dashboard, and notification workflows for 5,000 alerts per day.
  • Implemented regulated banking patterns including maker-checker approvals, branch-scoped permissions, activity logs, and SIEM-ready audit exports.

Key Features

  • Clean Architecture with Domain, Application, Infrastructure, and Web layers
  • CQRS + MediatR command/query pipeline with validators, handlers, and authorization
  • JWT refresh-token rotation, AD/LDAP login, TOTP MFA, and branch-scoped role permissions
  • Configurable maker-checker workflow with approve, reject, delegate, cancel, and audit history
  • Dynamic notification rules, branch-aware alerts, Hangfire background jobs, and Redis-backed deployment
  • KPI dashboards, dynamic report builder, PDF/HTML exports, borrower overviews, and compliance reports
  • Request/response activity logging, soft delete and restore, SIEM token integration, and audit exports
  • Docker, Azure/AZD support, Cake build automation, and on-prem bank deployment documentation
  • Domain, application, integration, functional, infrastructure, and SpecFlow/Playwright acceptance tests
